Cancellation:

An order is eligible for cancellation within 24 hrs of order placement or before it has been processed for shipment at our warehouse whichever may be sooner. To initiate a request for cancellation please write to us at care@shopmikoto.com with your order number and request for cancellation mentioned in the subject.

Exchanges:

We accept exchanges for size-related issues and defects if any within 7 days of order receipt. To schedule an exchange, please click on the Return/Exchange tab. Fill in your order number along with your registered email address/mobile number to proceed.

Once your request for exchange is accepted, we will schedule a reverse pick-up. Please hand over the returnable product/s in the original packaging (including the box and tags) to our delivery partner. We will send out the exchange pieces once we have received the returned piece/s in our warehouse in good condition. This process can take up to 7 to 10 working days.

Please note, primary return/exchange pickup will be done within 3-4 days of triggering the return/exchange request. 3 attempts are made by our field executives for the same. In case the customer is unavailable for pick up and hasn’t intimated us about their unavailability or in case the pickup is cancelled by the customer, an additional charge of Rs. 300 will be levied for triggering the pickup again.

 

Returns:

While our jewellery comes with a certificate of authenticity and a 1-year warranty on plating, we understand that there may be instances when our product doesn’t meet your expectations. For this, we accept returns within 7 days of the order being delivered. To return the order, click on the Return/Exchange tab. Fill in your order number along with your registered email address/mobile number. The refund is done to the original mode of payment for prepaid orders and store credit in the form of a gift code for COD orders.

Once your request for a return is accepted, we will schedule a reverse pick-up. Please hand over the returnable product/s in the original packaging (including the box and tags). We will send a refund within 3 days of receiving the returned piece/s in our warehouse in good condition.
